1. Principal Applicant + Spouse combined net worth over 1.6 million (including bank savings, real estate, stocks, bonds, business shares/investments, and other assets)  

2. In the past 5 years, applicant accumulated at least 2 years of Business Management/Operation experience. 

Applicants may submit the applications after meeting the 2 criteria; after applications approved, applicants will proceed with investment to the designated bodies, appointed by the Federal Government. 

There are 2 types of Investments: 

1. Invest $800,000 for 5 years; the applicant will receive the exact amount back after 5 years, and will not be liable for losses. 

2. Mortgage Investment: Applicant pays 220,000, as the interest rates for the 800,000 investment; interests paid to the government will not be returned to the applicant. 

Both Investment types will allow the applicant to fulfill the requirement of Investment, contributing to the economic growth and development of Canada. Therefore, applicants will receive their Permanent Residence Status as they arrive in Canada from their home countries, receiving the same healthcare, education, and social benefits as the Canadian Citizens.
